Finally landed on a functioning workflow for the website on a cellphone.
It uses a combination of Termux + proot Debian + NeoVim
Termux is just the front door to getting into Debian, and Debian contains the local git repo. NeoVim is used for creating new files, and editing existing code and content.
NeoVim is also just super nice. I'm able to do so much, and only using a keyboard.
I also got my folding bluetooth keyboard for the cellphone, and that thing is also awesome. We'll see if it stays awesome 6 months from now.
No more use of SyncThing, auto synchronizing files was a mistake.
